The Adviser Appointments & Resignation Officer will be part of a team that
manages onboarding and termination of advisers across 5 dealer groups and
ensure that all activities adhere to the strict regulatory framework in place.
Key responsibilities of this role include: administration of the onboarding
process in line with regulatory framework, key liaison point with Licensee GMs
and new advisers, manage and monitor the pipeline activity of new recruits
across all 5 dealer groups, gatekeeper across all regulatory and compliance
aspects of appointment process, and track, monitor and report on all aspects of
appointment process to senior stakeholders.
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications:
- Strong
customer service focus - Relevant
tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a business related
discipline desired - Strong
interpersonal and communication skills - Strong
knowledge of the financial planning industry - Strong
organisational and time management skills - RG146
qualifications will be highly regarded
