We are currently seeking an experienced candidate to join our Customer Service team in Corner Brook, NL
Customer Service Representatives at Anthony Insurance help maintain the ongoing satisfaction of our clients. Handling both inbound and outbound calls, you will be responsible for responding to the needs and inquiries of our new and existing customers. Our satisfying team environment and progressive management will enhance your career in the insurance industry
Primary Responsibilities
* Assist new and existing clients with their home and auto insurance needs
* Upsell insurance to existing clients by phone and in person
* Provide excellent customer service in a results-oriented environment
* Accept client payments by cash, cheque, money order or Interac
Qualifications
* Completion of High School is required
* A Provincial Property & Casualty Insurance License, Level 1 or higher would be an asset
* Experience in home and auto insurance sales and service
* A positive, results-oriented attitude
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
