Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad Cash Sales Manager Job Vacancy in Kuala Lumpur

The Job:
• Promote current account and cash management solutions to business clients in the SME & Wholesale Banking segments in the respective region.
• Build pipelines through calls/prospecting potential cash management clients to achieve closures/mandated deals.
• Perform cash management solution presentation to clients based on the initial findings of their needs.
• Prepare proposal and tailor cash management solutions based on client’s needs.
• Support business partners for joint marketing calls and cross sell / up sell cash management solutions to client – SME & Wholesale Banking
• Work closely with business partners for customer referrals and conduct training to instill product knowledge and to deepen clients’ relationships and customer’s share of wallet – SME & Wholesale Banking.
• Ensure completeness of the necessary documentations for account opening and registration and set up for implementation of solutions.
• Obtain market intelligence, establish network and update database of competitor’s offering.
• Collate feedback on any product requirements or any issues to Product & Distribution team.

Requirements:
• Experience in sales and marketing to a wide range of customers.
• Graduate with at least 1-2 years experience in all aspects of Sales and business development covering areas of Cash Management, payments and deposits.
• Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Good interpersonal skills & strong customer service culture & a good team player
• Resourceful and adaptable – with ability to work in changing environment
• Initiative, drive, enthusiasm with strong selling and negotiation skills
• Excellent planning and organization skills to meet objectives and deadlines
• In depth knowledge of Cash Management product range including relevant branch, operational and customer service environments
• Knowledge of market trends and current developments related to Cash Management
• Good working knowledge of Pricing/Costing/Volume/Quality relationships
• Knowledge of Deposits’ regulations, business/products and operations including AML fundamentals.
