The Youth Association for Human Rights Promotion and Development (AJPRODHO-JIJJUKIWA) is a local Non Government organization working in Rwanda since 1997 in the area of human rights, democracy and Governance and economic empowerment. The Association is currently working in provinces of southern, west, East and Kigali City.

The Youth Association for Human Rights Promotion and Development (AJPRODHO – JIJUKIRWA) seeks to recruit Executive Secretary who has experience in the field of human rights, resource mobilization, networking & partnerships, development and management.
The Executive Secretary is responsible for the day today management of the Association and provides financial and technical support to achieve its strategic directions which are human rights and access to justice, governance and democracy and economic empowerment.
