RESPONSIBILITIES
· Management of AKU outreach centre on daily basis in relations t
infrastructure sports field and staff environment around the centre
· Coordinating and scheduling all classroom workshop and seminar and sports
activities working loosely with AKF and other
agencies to implement programs
and schedules
· Identify, establish and building strong relations with institutions’ and
communicate surroundings AKU
· collecting, complying analyzing and disseminating reports for the centre on
the agreement timeframe
· monthly report on the implementations activities/sports in the respective
month
· Identifications on all relevant stakeholders and beneficiaries of the entre
incorporated in to the centre sports framework indoor and outdoor
· Any other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS
· Masters degree in either community development or sociology and business
administrations
· A minimum 5 years experience in the related field managing a project centre
preferably conservations with sport activities
· Event organizations and coordination of social activities
· Excellent interpersonal skills ability to build, develop and maintain
positive working relations
· Fluency in both English and Kiswahili is required
· Strong team leadership and collaborative skills
· Ability to be self motivated, versatile and adaptable to different cultures
and people
· Flexible and adaptable to shifting demands demand priorities and timelines
and monitor progress towards goals
· Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
· Prior experience working with the Aga Kahn Development Network an asset
