since 2001 where it has been operating the songo songo natural gas field. Pan
Africa energy has committed to the development and efficient use of Tanzania
natural gas to help alleviate Tanzania energy shortage and to partner in the
development of the country energy resources

uman resources who will provide human resources
administrative service to support all departments in the company by
implementing hr, strategies policies and programs.
KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES
To conduct all work with due considerations to healthy safety and environmental
procedure, coordinating all relevant activities within the operational and
administrative groups
– Assist human resource manager in the administration and maintenance of human
resource development process to ensure the company needs are met and employee
satisfaction is optimized
– Ensure proper and timely filling of all personnel information
– Update personnel information in both elections and manuals format
– Document and make available to the HR department and other managers any
changes in personnel records
– Provide logistic support for and during all training programs
– Assist in the investigation and resolving day to day employees relations
issues either by directing or through advice to line management
– Manage the PAETs medical life insurance and group personal accident
QUALIFICATIONS
– Bachelor degree/advanced diploma in public administrations or human resource
management
– Minimum 2 years experience in managing personnel/ HR matters
– Computer skills in office applications
– Ability to motivate people listen and resolve grievances
– Self-motivated, enthusiastic energetic
– Posses excellent interpersonal skills
– Ability to understand and respect confidentially in a work place
