JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be delegated the task of improving and
developing the performance of your Sales team across 2 states (NSW/QLD) with a
dozen direct reports, personally reporting to the National Sales Director.

This is a strategic people leadership role whereby
you will implement strategies to help increase product coverage and revenue
generated for the company. As an inspirational Sales leader you should have the
ability to motivate, lead by example and provide encouragement to your
subordinates in order to help them realise their true Sales potential.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 1+ years sales management experience in
Pharmacy or FMCG - Great people skills
- Experience of strategic implementation and
reporting - The ability to motivate, inspire and rejuvenate
- A proven track record in Sales
SALARY PACKAGE
Our client is offering a genuinely attractive
package – $80k-$90k commensurate of experience + Fully Maintained Company
