- Prepare, facilitate, monitor, evaluate and
document training activities in the company Profile - Relevant degree in
Accounting/Commerce/Economics - At least 2 years experience as trainer in
Microfinance institution/banking Industry - Ability to train and coach various attendance
of professionals - Ability to travel within Advans Bank Tanzania
network - Good command of Credit Methodology for MSMEs
- Good command of MS Powerpoint and general knowledge
of MS Office software package
