Adept Bookkeeping
based in Dianella provides exceptional bookkeeping services to a range of
clients to have them feel delighted.
We have a team of
highly skilled and experienced bookkeepers to empower business owners in their
financial matters removing confusion, fear and uncertainty and replacing it
with clarity, freedom and control.
We are looking for a
contract bookkeeper who is available to work between 2-3 days a week with a
possibility of increasing to full time work, if desired. You will have the
opportunity to work onsite with our clients.
We are looking for
someone with following qualities:

Expert in the use of MYOB
– Has a passion for attention to
detail
– Has an ability to problem solve
– Ability to work autonomously achieving budgets/deadlines
– Excellent technical knowledge i.e. ATO compliance, GST,
Payroll
– Excellent communication skills
– High level of organisational skills
– Ability to follow systematic procedures and implement best
practice processes
Applicants who have
previously worked in a bookkeeping or accounting firm and have experience
dealing with multiple clients in various industries will be highly regarded.
To be successful in
this position you will require at least 3 years of hand-on experience in a
similar role in Australia in the following areas using MYOB:
•
Setup and implementation of client bookkeeping files
• Data entry – receivables and payables
• Invoicing
• Payroll processing, superannuation etc.
• Bank reconciliation
• Financial reporting
• BAS preparation
