JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:•Identify & develop new job placement and business opportunities
•Search & effectively provide candidates’ profile based on the client’s requirement
•Perform professional interview to shortlist and identify key attributes of candidates to place them in the best suitable job
•Build & maintain excellent clients and candidates’ relationships
•Ensure that the company’s objectives and sales target set are achieved
•Attractive packages to be achieved by motivated and effective individuals
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
•Sales-oriented with strong drive to achieve sales targets set by company
•Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
•Positive attitude, a strong sense of urgency, self-motivated, matured disposition & enjoy challenges
•Keen interest in sales and customer service with a never-say-die attitude
•Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
•Team player and able to work well with all levels
•Able to communicate with Chinese speaking clients and candidates
