Responsibilities:
• To liaise with suppliers on all production matters eg. Printers, Colour Separators, Costings, Estimates, etc.
• Responsible for the quality of materials/printing from suppliers and monitoring the deadlines.
• To work closely with the Admin Dept on Approved Quotations & Purchase Orders.
• To liaise with the Media Dept and Servicing Dept on all material deadlines, job progress and to make sure all material deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with Art Directors on the distribution of jobs to designers/artistes.
• To receive Job Requisitions from the Account Servicing Dept and make sure the information is sufficient.
• To make sure that all visuals/artworks from Studio are signed by Art Director and Creative Head before releasing to clients.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the creative and design field within the advertising/graphics industry
• Mac savvy, knowledgeable with programs like Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator (or multimedia programs)
• Able to think out of the box
• Being bilingual is an advantage
• A team player
• Detailed and passionate
