Senior Account Executive & Account Manager
Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:
• To provide counsel to clients on solutions to communications problems / opportunities within the context of integrated communications designed to build the client’s business.
• To lead and continuously look out for opportunities to initiate and recommend total integrated communications and ideas.
• Integrate multi-disciplined teams working on the accounts.
• Allocates tasks and set priorities for subordinates.
• Present information and ideas in an articulate, compelling and clear manner. Write effectively
• Demonstrates good business sense, defines key issues..
• Obtains cost approvals based on approved budgets and monitors costs
• Support the Account Director in achieving profitability objectives.
• Understand basics of P&L management of business.
• Prepares and presents precise briefing to creative and other multi-disciplined teams and provides them relevant background information on customers, markets and competitors.
• Recognizes and nurture ideas that will most effectively see the client’s brands.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Professional Degree in Advertising/Media or equivalent.
• Must have 2 – 3 year(s) of working experience in international advertising agencies.
• Creative and highly motivated individuals, possessing strong strategic thinking and interpersonal skills.
• Good discernment and responsiveness; planning, organization and coordination skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced working environment with the ability to operate independently
• Familiar with brand promotion through events, advertising, media, public event operation, and others.
• Ability to assess market information, clients’ brief, strategic input from other departments and use it effectively for the development of effective communication recommendations and programs.
• Understands the competitive dynamics of the business environment of both client’s and the company’s business with the ability to exploit opportunities to grow revenue.
