Accounts Clerk
Responsibilities:
To briefly summarize:
* Processing vendor invoices and payments using Oracle Payable system. To ensure data entry is correct before posting to Oracle System. Processing vendor payments by HSBC Net or Cheques.
* Computation of travel per-diem to travellers
* Preparation and recording of journal entries
* Input manual journals into oracle financial system
* Upload journals from overseas offices and maintain necessary records.
* Preparation of balance sheet, income and expenses schedules
* Perform bank reconciliation
* Perform quarterly revaluation of balance sheet items and reconcile inter-company balances.
* Update the fixed asset register on monthly basis, compute and record monthly depreciation expense.
Requirements:
* Diploma in Business – Banking highly desirable
* 2-5 years of experience in sales preferably in a financial institution
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and typing skills
* Well-organized and a team player
