I’m currently recruiting an Account Manager focused on the retention of premium clients for an online directories business This is focused towards clients they provide bespoke online advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Retaining a client’s custom by increasing their campaign tenure
• Actively managing and optimising the client’s online campaign
• Going above and beyond to maximize the results of each client’s campaigns
• Liaising regularly with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with the campaign and to make any relevant changes to the campaign
• Constantly monitoring campaign results and communicating these to the client
• Up-selling appropriate offerings
• Liaising with relevant internal departments to ensure that clients needs are met
• Developing a deep understanding of client’s online advertising needs
• Developing and maintaining accurate product knowledge
You will be able to demonstrate the following:
The successful candidate will have knowledge of internet marketing. Strong account management experience and a track record of success within customer service oriented environment is essential. You will have a successful track record of meeting/exceeding sale revenue targets.

$65k basic + $100 OTE
