Account Cum Admin

Responsibilities:
Accounts Assistant (Salary range: $1800 – $2200)
* General office administration
* In charge of all billing and payments
* To answer telephone calls
* Generate purchase requisition and purchase order
* Take care of staff claim, incoming and outgoing mail
* Provide support for office administrative work
* Manages HR, salaries and leave, etc.
* Clerical duties such as filing and correspondence
* Knowledge of basic accounting software (QuickBooks) & CPF procedures
* Knowledge of Full Set Account

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a STM/ Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Sungei Kadut Drive (near Kranji).
* Full-Time positions available.
* Humble and good working attitude
* Easygoing & cheerful personality
* ONLY Locals, PRs and Malaysians will be considered
* 5.5Day Workweek Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8am to 5.30pm Sat: 8am to 1.00pm
* Work place located in Kranji, company transport is provided at designated pick-up point.
* Able to start work immediately / short notice
