a Iteration Manager and Business Analyst, you will assist your team to self
organise, adapt to change, improve their agile capability and ensure
dependencies across teams are managed. Your role will also require you to
liaise with business stakeholders in order to understand, analyse and
articulate needs and functional requirements for online, mobile and responsive
channel solutions. You will play a key role in helping to shape the customer
journey and experience.

- Liaising
with Product Owners, Software Developers and Quality Analysts to
understand and articulate requirements through constant communication - Facilitation
and participation in medium to large project workshops - Organising
requirements gathering workshops/sessions with the appropriate
stakeholder(s) and writing user stories and associated acceptance criteria
to capture requirements - Supporting
Product Owners in identification of business benefit and value (tangible
and intangible) - Communicating
requirement dependencies, issues or risks, as identified through the
analysis process - Assist
your team to self organise, adapt to change, improve their agile
capability and ensure dependencies across teams are managed. - Work
closely with User Experience Designers to understand and advise on how the
requirements are implemented - Identifying
opportunities to improve processes and practices within the team,
department or organization - Mentoring/coaching
junior BAs in the team and domain - Responsible
for breakdown of features into user stories, facilitating prioritisation
and backlog grooming with Product Owner(s) - Remove
impediments and assist the team to self organise, maximise flow and
deliver value to customers. - Create
transparency and trust within the team and with stakeholders
To
be successful in this role you must have:

- Experience
in fulfilling the Iteration Management (ScrumMaster) role. This would
include estimation, elaboration, backlog grooming, prioritisation
sessions, and facilitating the removal of blockers for the team. - Advanced
knowledge of Agile development methodologies - Advanced
problem solving, business research and analytical skills. - Broad
knowledge of Business Analysis methodologies, awareness of BABOK
principles - 5+
years’ experience in a similar role, previous work with Digital products
delivery is preferred - Extensive
experience in leading teams in understanding and implementing high value
features and requirements - Ability
to analyse customer requirements and provide appropriate alternatives and
solutions to meet the customer’s needs. - Awareness
of User Experience (UX) design in digital initiatives - Strong
internal consultation and negotiation skills - A
disciplined approach to planning, implementation and project execution - Ability
to prioritise workload and meet agreed timeframes - Excellent
presentation and communication skills. - Strong
change management skills - Advanced
facilitation and workshop skills - Experience
in working with development teams distributed across multiple locations
