The ideal candidate is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in Organisational Development.
Key accountabilities:
Provide sound expertise to the HR Teams & Business in primary focus areas & other OD initiatives
• Develop, implement and embed Talent Strategy, guidelines and processes into the business
• Partner with the HR Teams to lift management capability for effective identification, discussion & development of talent
• Develop, implement & embed Diversity Plans into the business
• Coordinate leadership development program participation
• Lead and contribute to other capability development and organisational change initiatives as required
In order to be successful you will have completed Tertiary or Post Graduate Business and/or Psychology, OD or related qualifications. You have a strong understanding of Change Management, Talent Management, Succession Planning and Leadership Development.
