As a Casual Customer Service Representative you will be required to:
• Provide outstanding customer service at all times
• Call Customers to ask for their orders
• Receive and enter orders into the system
• Assist with general order enquiries
• Able to start work between 9am and 10.30am Monday to Friday
As a Casual Customer Service Representative you will need:
• Local inbound and outbound call centre experience
• High level of attention to detail
• Computer literate/able to learn new systems quickly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a professional phone manner
• A proactive, adaptable, “Can do” attitude
