• Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 Base + Super + Commission

My client is an established and well renowned multinational organisation, offering a complete range of quality structured cabling, networking and security products and services through to Electrical Contractors Consultants, System Integrators, Resellers and End Users. In existence in the Australian market place for more than a decade and with a footprint that stretches across the globe, they are an iconic & entrenched leading name Worldwide.
POSITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Due to forecast growth and expansion, a new Inside Sales position has become available in Melbourne. The main function of this role will be to develop potential new business opportunities through the electrical contractor market, pushing their fibre/coper product offering, as well managing existing account relationships through this sector. This role has a heavy emphasis on lead generation, account management – working closely with clients, assessing requirements and ensuring the provision of effective customer service and support.
CANDIDATE
Your background will ideally include; proven & successful internal sales experience. A sound knowledge of fibre/coper or electrical products will be held in the high regard, but is not essential. You will have excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build, develop and maintain tangible business relationships. You will be energetic & enthusiastic, coupled with outstanding prospecting and business development skills. Experience in Electrical Wholesale industry will be highly regarded!!!
REWARDS
The successful applicant will receive a base salary of $50,000-$55,000 + Super + Commission, as well as the opportunity to establish yourself with a leading and progressive Multinational organisation!
