TechnoTan who distributes beauty products nationally and for export is looking for an Enthusiastic, Mature Thinking, Experienced Stock Controller and Store Person ideally with fork lift experience to join our friendly and growing team.
This position would suit both Male or Female.
The person that takes this position will need to:-
• Be a fit team player able to lift up to 25kgs (Mainly below 10Kgs)
• Be a forward thinker and all round performer
• Have good computer skills
• Have outstanding organisational and time management skills
• Have sound knowledge of warehouse and distribution activities
• Maintain positive relationships with staff and delivery drivers
• Preferably have experience in working in a small busy warehouse
• Have an ability to thrive on pressure at times of high demand
Duties will involve:-
• Monitoring stock levels
Picking and packing of orders
• Receiving and storing goods
• Directing assistants
• Safe forklift operation
• Loading and unloading trucks and containers
• Stock control and reconciliation
• General warehousing duties as required
Successful applicants will require
• Good computing skills
• A solid work history in warehousing
• Be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen
• A medical check
• A current police clearance (no more than 9 Mths old)
• A “C” class drivers licence and own reliable transport
• A reliable track record with a good work history
A current forklift ticket will be an advantage but not essential.
