Working
within a great team environment, you will be responsible for assisting clients
with placing orders for life changing Medical Devices. If you are looking for a
Customer Service role where you can make a difference to people’s lives then
this is the role for you.
As a
Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound
calls, assisting with product enquiries, processing product orders into SAP,
following up on product deliveries and processing product credits and returns.
This is an
incredibly busy role so you must have the ability to work in a high pressure
environment. Due to the nature of the products you are dealing with, you must
present with a high attention to detail and accuracy, a motivated personality
with the ability to go above and beyond for a client, a passion for customer
service and a genuine interest in the Medical Devices/Pharmaceutical industry.
Ideally
you will have 2-3 years experience in a customer service role within the
Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices industry with experience using SAP, Oracle or
similar. Alternatively you will have experience working in a customer service
role within the FMCG industry where you are dealing with product orders.
