• Be able to build and maintain customer relationships
• Create leads, through promotion and on-ground activity
• Actively follow up leads
• Close sales
• Provide after sales support/service
• Have strong customer service skills and ability to nurture
• Understand the concerns of the elderly
• Have a confident ‘can do’ attitude required to liaise in a professional and friendly manner with internal and external customers
• Deal with customer inquiries in a courteous and polite manner
• Have a professional telephone manner and presentation
The successful candidate must hold a valid driver’s license.
The position is full time, including weekend work.
