Our client is a
global provider of market research specialising in the pharmaceutical and
biotechnology industry.  They have offer a broad range of market research
services, as well as collecting information from GPs, Specialist Physicians,
Pharmacists and Patients. They look after all stages of research from raw data
gathering to investigation to the final presentation of completed projects to
their clients. To join this close knit team they are seeking a highly motivated
person for the position of Account Director

As an Account
Director, you will have the opportunity to use your solid experience within
qualitative and quantitative research to provide market research solutions for
your clients within the pharmaceutical industry.  Liaising with marketing,
as well as market research clients within the healthcare industry you will be
able to offer a unique portfolio of services. You will be able to offer the
services to your clients of improving the effectiveness of marketing and sales
strategies, impact communications and improve competitor awareness.

To be
considered for this role you will have:

• Tertiary
  qualifications in marketing, business or science related discipline
• Market
  research experience within an agency environment
• Experience
  in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry
• Proven
  track record in business development and sales capacity

Required
Skills & Experience:

• Ideally
  thorough knowledge of the Australian pharmaceutical industry including
  corporate, medical and government levels
• Understanding
  of the use of primary and secondary market data
• Strong
  customer relationship building skills
• Strong
  negotiation skills
