Talent International’s Sydney division operates
with 4 unique teams covering State and Federal Government, Digital
Media, Banking and Financial Services (B&F) and a wide range of clients
within our Commerce and Industry (C&I) practice.

Our Banking and Finance team is one of our newest
divisions and has only been in operation for the last 6 months. However, in
that time we have had some great success and our now suppliers to two of the
major four banks, four nationally and internationally recognized Proprietary
Traders, 2 major Insurance providers, a number of major foreign Investment
Banks, a host of Wealth Management Companies and a over a dozen major financial
service product vendors. On top of the success with these clients we have also
placed with clients in the payments, retail leasing, accounting and outsourcing
market sectors.

This role of Principal Consultant – B&F is one
of the most important roles in the Talent International global business.
B&F is a major target market for Talent both locally and globally with the
vast majority of our current clients located in Sydney and greater NSW. This
role is not an “account management” role; it is a truly consultative sales role
that requires a well rounded knowledge of both the B&F market and the often
unique technology platforms and products within it.

wealth management market; think equities, derivatives, futures, options, bonds,
FOFA, FACTA, Strong Super, Super Stream, etc. It will also be highly beneficial
if you are aware of the vendor’s products used in the front, middle and back
office trade/sales cycle.
