based in Victoria, is looking for an experienced Civil Estimating Manager to
lead a team through a strategic growth period over the next few years.

You will be responsible for sourcing and producing
tenders on a wide range of civil field projects including bulk earthworks,
roads, subdivisions, shopping centres, commercial, car parks and noise w
tenders on a wide range of civil field projects including bulk earthworks,
roads, subdivisions, shopping centres, commercial, car parks and noise w
alls up
to $15m. It will be your responsibility to review all tenders and determine if
they are suitable to price and to decide what type of pricing will be supplied.
You will be required to lead the successful growth of the team and integrate
the company’s strategic plans.
The ideal applicant will have the following
qualities and experience:

- relevant degree qualifications
- previous experience in a lead/manager role in
the Australian civil construction industry with extensive estimating
experience, or a Senior Estimator who is ready to take that next step in
your career - a proven track record in successfully winning
multi-million dollar bids - career stability is essential
- proven ability to work under pressure
- liaising and building relationships with
stakeholders - ability to prioritise and work to tight
deadlines - demonstrated ability to manage and build a
team environment - Ensuring compliance with all
relevant procedures and legislative processes
This is a varied and challenging role which will be
well remunerated commensurate with your level of experience.
