IRT is seeking to appoint a highly experienced professional
to fill this newly created role, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.

Your role will involve:
- guiding the IRT Lifestyle & Care
Operational Leadership Team in the process of effective clinical
governance and quality systems - reviewing external authorities, accreditation
and quality outcomes and/or complaints to determine system and policy
improvements - analysing clinical data and reports, providing
information on variances and trends in data and making recommendations
required to meet desired outcomes - providing high level analysis for internal
peer review data and quality reporting
We’re looking for:
- recognised degree qualifications or extensive
experience in a relevant health discipline - demonstrated experience in the investigation
of significant incidents/complaints and internal/external reviews of
quality systems and quality improvement processes - superior interpersonal, negotiation and
communication skills (written and verbal) - a current driver’s licence
- flexibility to travel (potentially at short
notice)
