The role requires a professional with ability to communicate and demonstrate
leadership skills with good knowledge of manpower deployment and cleaning
operations. Directly report to Key Account Manager, the role Responsible for
ensuring contracted cleaning services are delivered to customers in accordance
with the Company’s contractual obligations and the development of strong and
effective customer relationships.
- Providing the highest levels of customer
service, and achieve or exceed profitability - Conducting regular team meeting to focus team
on key activities for improvement, and set weekly performance targets - Daily and weekly reporting to client regarding
any staffing, training, and customer service requests/concerns - Ensure site QA inspection is conducted (as per
contract specifications) and ensure corrective actions are implemented and
carried through - Arrange and co-ordinate relief staff including
cover for annual leave requirements - Meeting legislative requirements in relation
to OH&S, EEO and industrial legislation - Ensure staffing levels are maintained to meet
client requirements - Ensuring all staff perform their duties in
line with SOP’S - Timely and accurate reporting and
communication to internal and external stake holders
In order to succeed in this position you will require the following:

- Proven ability to lead and manage a team
- Must be physically fit and healthy
- Self-motivated with good business sense.

- Police Clearance Required
- Ability to obtain an ASIC – must pass a
criminal history check - Prepare to undergo pre-employment medical and
provide a clean drug and alcohol screen - Have reliable transport
