Currently we are looking for an experienced senior construction litigation
lawyer with a minimum of 7 years PQE, ideally gained from a top tier or
reputable mid-tier Australian firm or returning to Brisbane from overseas with
relevant, recent experience.
The work in this team involves a mix of contentious and ADR work for clients
including ASX and SME companies in resources, construction and property
industries. A mix of litigation and ADR including
adjudications/mediations keep the role varied and interesting.
As a leader in the team, this role will report directly to two partners and
oversee a large team of junior to mid-level lawyers. You will have daily
carriage of some matters, and assist as 2IC on others.
The successful candidate will be a technical expert who is dedicated to
building their career in a great team, with leadership abilities and a great
manner with clients. Business development will be encouraged, and future
growth opportunities for the right person.
