We are currently seeking a number of
enthusiastic, self-motivated, experienced and professional Physiotherapists and
Occupational therapists to join our Brisbane team.

We are also looking for a Physiotherapist or
Occupational Therapist who has had managerial and marketing experience to
manage and help market our Allied Health Program in Brisbane.

The roles will provide community based services to
a diverse range of patients. You will be responsible for the provision of a
high standard of clinical services to eligible clients in the community. Ou

clients will either require stand-alone assessment or will require treatment
within multi-disciplinary and or interdisciplinary teams.
Predominantly, your case load will be
rehabilitation focussed.

The roles will involve:
- Rehabilitation Case Management of injured
parties - Care of elderly people with the aim of keeping
them stable in their own homes - Comprehensive Case Management
- Liaison and networking with key stakeholders
- Provision of initial assessments with follow
up and implementation of care plans - Completion of high level written reporting
Essential Criteria:
- Formal qualification as either a
physiotherapist or occupational therapist - Have, or be eligible for full membership with
AHPRA - Ability to work independently
- Good documentation and case load management
skills - Excellent communication and customer service
skills - Excellent networking skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Sound clinical reasoning, skills and knowledge
- A passion for your work
