Reporting to the Heavy Maintenance Manger you will
assume overall responsibility for the development and production of the
critical path schedule for all aircraft maintained by Heavy Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
- Construct a critical path schedule for
C-Checks, based on the completed work pack. - Assess the C-Check work pack and planned parts
to determine what is and is not required including the timing of delivery
in line with critical patch schedule. - Develop Gantt charts and daily working plans
to issue to maintenance coordinators. - Develop and assess estimated task duration and
resources required for tasks - Update the working schedule to indicate
progress made and assess impacts on the overall schedule and program of
Heavy Maintenance. - Hold Safety as a core value and contribute to
the achievement of a Zero Harm and an incident / injury free environment
through active participation in all safety programs relevant to the
position
Key Person Criteria:
- Demonstrated ability of Personnel Management
- LAME or equivalent qualification
- Engineering background in Aviation
- Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and
proactive - Excellent people and communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Spreadsheet and Gantt Chart knowledge
- Experience in a similar role is desirable.
