Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • As a strategic partner, you will make a daily
    impact to our global sales team’s success by contacting our prospective
    customers via phone and introducing our company and products
  • You will evaluate our prospects knowledge of
    talent management software solutions and listen to their needs as it
    relates to tracking employee performance, succession planning,
    compensation, etc.
  • You will identify opportunities where
    Halogen’s offerings align with our prospects needs and coordinate
    introductions to our Account Executive and Regional Sales Management
    teams.
  • You will provide our prospects and your
    teammates with a world class experience by documenting your steps in our
    CRM tool to ensuring timely follow-up where necessary.

Qualifications
We expect that our successful incumbent will:
  • Have a relevant Bachelor’s degree, diploma or
    equivalent training in business, marketing or sales.
  • Have at least one year of professional
    experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within the technology
    sector.
  • Be familiar with the consultative sales
    approach and be comfortable contacting a large volume of decision makers
    by telephone on a daily basis.
  • Have proven experience flourishing in a
    fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Be an adaptable team player that is capable of
    prioritizing, organizing and changing gears quickly.
