This is an urgent requirement working for a leading
financial services organisation for a strong Technical Business Analyst / Data
Analyst. You will be required to assist with the establishment of benefits
tracking through advanced data analysis, mapping, definition measurement and
solution design ahead of any development activity. On top of this you will be
required to provide data extracts, define alerts decommission, support the
Business with migration or debate.

The requirements for the role are as follows:
- Ability to understand data models and translate
business requirements and concepts to the underlying data model - Ability to reverse engineer and trace reporting
solutions back through to source data - Strong understanding of data traceability, data
lineage and metadata concepts - Strong data analysis skills using intermediate to
advanced SQL - Ability to understand complex SQL procedures
- Understanding and experience within an Agile
environment - Superior documentation, presentation and
formatting skills - Ability to influence stakeholders and peers in order
to complete required tasks - Ability to prioritise and meet aggressive
deadlines - Ability to clearly articulate and manage
stakeholders’ expectations - Knowledge Management/Training experience
Technical Skills
- Intermediate to Advanced SQL
- Advanced EXCEL
- Understanding of ETL processes and familiarity
with Microsoft SSIS/SSRS Analysis & Reporting solutions or similar - Advanced data analytics
