residential sectors with a value of anything up to $500M.

Purely down to the level of work secured they are in need of an experienced
Contract Administrator. You will initially be based out of the head
office then move to a recently secured $72M residential project where you will
be given autonomous control over the l
etting of all sub-contract packages,
variations, scopes of works, along with cost reporting and programming with the
PM.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have completed a tertiary qualification in
quantity surveying, construction/project management or a related
discipline or have extensive construction industry experience - Have at least 5 years experience in contract
administration in either a Tier One or Tier Two environment - Be a self starter capable of working without
direction or micro management - Be able to multi task effectively
- Be well presented and an effective communicator
- Possess excellent commercial awareness with
strong relationship building, influencing and negotiating skills
