Purpose Summary
The purpose of this position is to manage the reception, client services and
team training in the area of client relations. It includes the maintenance and
development of a “client service excellence” culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate
alignment to our Vision, Values and Critical Success Areas - Demonstrate
a sincere commitment to providing exceptional service to clients - Adhere
to and assist with the review of established client services policies and
SOPs - Anticipate
client arrivals and greet clients and pets in a courteous and welcoming
way - Communicate
effectively with clients and colleagues - Supervise
reception team, including training and performance management - Assist
in practice marketing efforts - Manage
the appointment scheduler and monitor client flow within the hospital. - Manage
the cat boarding scheduler - Maintain
proper documentation and records of all client interactions - Competently
advise clients of features and benefits of pet care products - Resolve
client concerns - Process
payments and explain invoices - Work
with clients to set up payment plans - Maintain
an outstandingly hygienic and correctly stocked workplace - Manage
internal and external mail - Take
charge of client-information material, stationery and other office
consumables
