They have a need for a dual Sales and Production Estimator to join their small
team.
 
Your previous experience as a Sales and Production Estimator with similar
project exposure will be highly regarded. Your responsibilities will include:
 

• Liaising
  with clients regarding their concepts and costs
  
• Obtain
  build costs from suppliers
• Compiling
  information via Estimating software- Buildsoft
  
• Timely
  Budget Estimates
  
• Place
  orders
  
• Precise
  Quantity take off
• Quoting
  and preparing tenders
• Liaising
  with various external stakeholders

• Previous
  experience as a Sales/Production Estimator for a residential builder
  
• Demonstrated
  extension and renovation estimating experience
  
• Excellent
  communication and negotiation skills
• Ability
  to work from Architectural drawings
• Capable
  of working on various projects at one time
  
• Estimating
  software experience- Buildsoft will be advantageous
  
• Relevant
  Tertiary degree qualification
