- Deliver
the EAL classes and carry out assessment process in accordance to relevant
standards and regulations - Ensure
assessments are completed in timely manner and results are promptly
provided to administration staff for record purposes - Deal
with students’ feedback effectively - Undertake
professional development to ensure industry currency
Selection
criteria:

- 4
year Bachelor of Education qualification with a TESL
or TESOL method, e.g. Bachelor of Education,
Master of Education, Master of Teaching with TESL/TESOL as a method.
Appropriate qualifications include: - Bachelor
of Education, Master of Education or Master of Teaching with TESL/TESOL
as a method - Diploma
of Education with TESL/TESOL as a method - TESL/TESOL
within Graduate Certificate in Education - Graduate
Certificate in TESL/TESOL - Graduate
Diploma in TESL/TESOL - Masters
degrees which include a TESOL specialisation such as - Masters
of Arts (TESL/TESOL), Masters of Teaching, Masters of Applied
Linguistics or MTESOL - Certificate
IV in Training and Assessment TAE40110 - Excellent
communication and presentation skills (both oral and written), and
interpersonal skills - Able
to work in a diverse environment - Organizational
skills and ability to prioritize the tasks - Good
team player able to work individually as well - Experience
in VET sector would be an advantage
