Johns Lyng Group are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Case
Coordinator to join our specialist Restorx division, which is uniquely
qualified to address all aspects of contents restoration. The company has a

This role would best suit an applicant with a proactive nature, previous
experience in an administration role (within the restoration or insurance is
ideal, however not essential), excellent communication skills, a confident
phone manner and a desire to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional
customer service.

Please note: A criminal background check will make up part of the
recruitment process.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Act
    as the main point of contact the for Clients/Insurers
  • Schedule
    attendance of Project Managers and Technicians
  • Perform
    data entry duties
  • Attending
    to follow ups such as reports
  • Create
    and Send Invoices
  • Create
    work orders
  • Create
    purchase orders
  • Liaising
    with Restorx Team on job progression
  • Answer
    inbound telephone enquiries
  • General
    filing & administration duties

Key Selection Criteria:
  • Previous
    experience in an Administration role, essential
  • Restoration
    or Insurance background, highly advantageous
  • Excellent
    communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional
    and confident phone manner
  • Advanced
    knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular Excel and Outlook)
  • Ability
    to work to deadlines
  • Ability
    to manage multiple priorities
  • Desire
    to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Proactive,
    friendly and outgoing nature
