The
opportunity exists for a Programme / Project Manager to help schedule civil,
land subdivision and medium density projects.  Our client offers a
friendly and professional working environment, with flexible working hours and
the opportunity to work on interesting projects.

Employed as a Programme Manager / Project Scheduler, you will be responsible to
establish master control programme for current/upcoming projects. This will
include data collation, analysis, establishing programmes and providing advice
on risks.

As the ideal candidate you will have/be:

  • A
    degree in Project Management / Civil Engineering / Construction
    Management, or relevant experience / qualifications
  • A
    Programme Manager / Project Scheduler with experience in programming and
    scheduling of subdivision and civil projects
  • Demonstrated
    experience in use of MS Project
  • Analytical
    skills
  • Excellent
    stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Outstanding
    written and verbal communication skills
