Human Resources
Superintendent – Dawson Mine

Reporting to the
Human Resources Manager, you will operate in a generalist capacity with key
responsibilities surrounding the delivery of advice and coaching to key
stakeholders on matters including remuneration and benefits, performance
reviews, discipline, grievances, performance management, resourcing and other
HR policies and procedures.

Through your
extensive professional experience in Human Resources Management and highly
developed communication skills you will lead a small team to support key
stakeholders at the mine in achieving planned targets.

Ideally you will
have extensive experience obtained from working in Human Resources leadership
position, within the Australian mining and resources sector, and possess
relevant tertiary qualifications. Your application will also be supported
through a sound understanding of contemporary employment arrangements,
performance management systems, remuneration strategy /practices, and
experience working with industrial agreements, as well as demonstrated prior
experience in managing a diverse range of employment related issues.

This is a
residential based role in Moura with a Monday-Friday roster.
