trucks, buses, and heavy vehicles, is known for its
long-standing reputation for quality and reliability.
As part of the After
Sales team, our client is looking for a Service Sales Manager to join their
team. You will be responsible for developing the service sales strategies.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Develop
service sales strategies and focused activities aligned to the State and
National Business Plan objectives - Create
and implement products that will support our customer’s needs and drive
the sales of labour and parts - Work
cross functionally to create professional, innovative responses to complex
business tenders - Assume
responsibility of the profit and loss of the contracted services portfolio - Support
the Contracted Services Manager to ensure the Contract portfolio continues
to develop and grow, while continuing to manage the portfolio risk. - Play an
active role in creating effective service and parts marketing campaigns - Attend
Group Management Team meetings and report on Services Sales activities and
incremental growth.
Skills
and Experience:
and Experience:
- Previous
management experience in a service sales environment - A track
record in developing innovative aftersales customer solutions - Have a
good understanding of contracted services products and their financial
management - A good
understanding of the aftermarket contracted service business - Time
management skills and the ability to make timely decisions - Problem
solving skills to deal with unexpected situations, acting on one’s own
initiative to identify the situation, understand it, deal with it and
implement the solution
