You will be working for a
division of a well respected and corporate company that provides Data related
Management Consultancy services to a wide variety of clients in various
industry sectors. This division of the business manages verification of all
employment data as required by Companies in a wide variety of industries. The
solution on offer can be cust
omised to suit the client with a variety of
offerings that will streamline employee on-boarding for clients, so the ability
to identify opportunities and become a Subject Matter Expert is key.
This role is all about making
sure that clients who sign up for the service are on-boarded efficiently and
that they utilise the service on offer to its maximum capability. You will be
required to hit KPI’s around Service Level Agreements and you will also be
responsible for first class customer service.
This role requires lots of
initiative, excellent customer service skills, a confident and articulate
personality with the ability to juggle a demanding work load and offer
suggestions around business process improvements. Make this job your own by

The role:
- Deal with client queries and mange the client account
effectively and professionally at all times - Attend client briefing meetings
- Create and manage Service Level Agreements
- Train clients on how to use the online portal
- Resolve escalations when required
- Assist with on-boarding of new clients and deal with all
related administration, contracts and systems access - Management reporting & forecasting of client
activity - Follow up with lapsed clients
- General operational administration and reporting
activity - Cross and upselling of products to existing clients when
the opportunity arises - Assistant in creating tender/proposal documents
- Ad hoc project work as and when required
In order to be successful
in this role, you will need the following essential criteria:
- A Graduate with a relevant business degree would be
preferred - At least 1 years experience working in a corporate
environment as a Customer Service Administrator/Client Services
Administrator would be ideal - B2B experience is essential!
- Experience gained in professional services, financial
services, IT or Telco would be preferred but not essential - First class customer services skills dealing with
corporate clients is essential - First class communication skills are essential as this
role will include report writing and client presentations - The ability to manage a diverse and busy workload in a
demanding and deadline driven environment is vital - Intermediate skills in MS Office suite
- Strong organisational, planning and time management
skills - An eye for detail with excellent spelling and grammar in
written work - A confident and professional personality that will see
clients have confidence in you and managing their requirements - The ability to deal with confidential information
appropriately
