very strong statistical and consulting skills. This position
is integral to the analytics team and they need someone with a wide
array of skills. It is essential you come in with a consultative approach as
there will be high client contact. In addition you will mentor and lead junior
team members through having high end statistical skills.

This role will focus on supply chain management, inventory analysis,
maintenance and workforce planning. We are very keen to chat to people with an
analytical background from these industries/area of speciality.

Summary of your Role

• Statistical
  modelling including regression, predictive etc
• Customer
  segmentation, profiling, behaviour etc
• Sell
  analytical solutions
• Build,
  develop and maintain these models
• Deliver
  ad-hoc analytical solutions to clients
• Comprehend
  complex business problems and identify solutions
• Undertake
  client presentations in which you will recommend actions and also deliver
  findings
• Manage
  and lead junior team members
• Development
  of product packages
• Work on
  multiple projects at one time
• Speak
  with both technical and non technical stakeholders
• Develop
  relationships both internally and externally

• Years
  of experience is dependent on the candidate however a minimum of 3 years
  is expected
• Experience
  in a supply chain, workforce planning, inventory analytics area
• Experience
  in management for manager roles
• Experience
  working as a statistician/consultant in a similar position
• Experience
  in a consulting or agency environment is highly regarded
• Strong
  technical skills in a mixture of R/SAS/SPSS/SQL or related technology
• Extremely
  strong statistical modelling skills – building and maintaining
• Predictive
  analytics/modelling experience
• Proven
  stakeholder management and relationship building skills is a must
• The
  ability and experience of leading/mentoring of junior team members
• A
  tertiary degree in maths/stats or related discipline
