Reporting
to the Services Manager, Residential Support Workers will:

- Have
an understanding of and experience working with clients with AOD issues
and/or clients with complex needs - Demonstrated
experience providing high quality support to clients - Demonstrated
interpersonal, written and oral communication skills - Have
a clear understanding of, and experience working with, Aboriginal and
Torres Strait Islander peoples - Availability
across a 24/7 roster - Possess
a current NT drivers license - Be
able to supply a current, clean police check - A
current Senior First Aid certificate would be highly desirable - Current
MAYBO or P3 training would be highly desirable
Successful
candidates will be appointed to our casual pool of staff. An immediate
start is available for suitable applicants.
