Construction Industry.

Key
responsibilities & accountabilities
·
Subcontract review / administration
·
Cost control and reporting
·
Project administration – SI’s, RFI’s, Variations, etc
·
Prepare monthly progress claims – cashflow management
·
Liaison with clients / builders and attendance to site meetings as required.

Reporting
to the existing Senior Contract Administrator and General Manager the
successful candidate shall display:

Good knowledge of commercial /
industrial building construction and fit out
·
Sound communication and interpersonal
skills combined with a positive attitude and willingness to succeed
·
Awareness of Contract Admin
fundamentals and the need for commercial acumen
·
Highly developed computer skills
including use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Access, Outlook and possible
use of construction industry software such as Jobpac, Workbench, etc.
·
Excellent written spelling, grammar,
punctuation and phone skills.
This
