We
are on the hunt for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our close-knit
WMA team. This is an amazing opportunity for a smart, savvy and energetic
Consultant to make their mark in Sydney’s bustling trades
recruitment industry.
You
will be establishing your own desk from a complete cold start in your
own choice of industry and leveraging off a database with hundreds of prospect
clients to generate interest and get the ball rolling.
You
will be able to leverage off the teams trading accounts to gain new
clients, you will have the support of a enthusiastic team of talent
resources, other 360 consultants and senior management.

Required
skills and experience:
  • A
    minimum of two to three years previously as a 360 recruitment
    consultant.
  • Successful, motivated
    business development personality.
  • Own
    reliable transport to get to and from prospect client & trading client
    meetings.
  • Basic
    knowledge on Award and Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (E.B.A)
    interpretation for your chosen sectors.
  • Basic
    knowledge on Workplace Health and Safety.
  • Basic
    knowledge on Workers Compensation / return to work.
  • Experience
    with FastTrack Database Solutions beneficial but not a requirement.
NOTE: 
Preference
will be given to applicants that can provide evidence as a 360 Recruitment
Consultant from previous Companies and can provide two contactable
references.
