About the role of Site
Foreman for Formwork projects:

As the Site Manager you will be responsible for managing the construction of
the structures which includes:

Coordinating
and overseeing every day works
Ability
to Manage sub contractors and trades
Delivering
Projects on time and on budget
Manage
project budgets and man hours
Client
focused approach
Drive
projects
Maintaining
a safe and secure work environment by following and enforcing
standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.

About
the candidate for the Formwork site Foreman role

Proven
track record of over 5 years managing concrete & residential
construction projects in Australia
High
level of management and leadership skills
Excellent
understanding of health and safety legislation and requirements in NSW and
has proven experience of effectively controlling site safety
Tertiary qualified
within the building sector

You
