Corporation Limited-R&D Centre and Deakin University are offering Research
Fellowships for Indian students. These fellowships are available to work in
areas of Nanotechnology (2 vacancies), Lubricant Technology and Tribology (2
vacancies).
The aim of the Vice
Chancellor Meritorious
Scholarship is to enable and encourage academically able
students from India.
Deakin University is
an Australian public university with approximately 50,644 higher education
students in 2014. Deakin university’s aim is to examine the impact of the
division between further and higher education on strategies to widen
participation in education.
Applicants must have
master degree from a recognized Indian University in Chemistry (Organic/
Inorganic/ Physical), Nanotechnology, Mechanical Engineering or Tribology.

Technology and Tribology.
Scholarship
Award:
The selected candidates would be:
-Registered for PhD at Deakin University, Australia.
-Eligible for 100% Tuition fee waiver and one time visit to Deakin University,
Australia for a maximum duration of 6 months.
-Offered, by Indian Oil, a fellowship amount for the period of study in India,
which will be 25% more than that offered under CSIR/UGC Research Fellowship
scheme.

Eligibility: To apply, applicants must
possess:
-Master degree from a recognized Indian University in Chemistry (Organic/
Inorganic/ Physical), Nanotechnology, Mechanical Engineering or Tribology.
-First class score in Graduation and Post-graduation level (i.e. 65% or above
marks in the final exams or equivalent CGPA).
-Valid CSIR-UGC NET-JRF fellowship.
Nationality: Indian students can apply
for these fellowships.
