currently have a fantastic opportunity

for an experienced Project Program
Scheduling Professional to join our Mobility business working on Sydney’s
“North West Rail Link” Project. As a member of the Siemens Rail Automation team
based in our Sydney offices, you will be responsible for the generation, status
upkeep and monitoring of the detailed design, manufacture and equipment site
delivery schedule for the HV & DC Traction Power Systems.

Additional
key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Owner
    of the Primavera P6 project schedule including responsibility for accuracy
    of activity inter-dependencies and for the timely & proactive upkeep
    of status.

  • Monitoring
    project execution and improvements of projects logistics

  • Coordinating
    updates of schedules with the project teams and the project management

  • Supporting
    the facilitation and documentation of external and internal process audits

  • Developing
    resource planning for projects which are related to the execution and
    monitoring of the ongoing staffing
The
successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in rail engineering
and commissioning projects. It is mandatory that you will have experience with
Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project as project planning tools as well as a
strong technical knowledge of project scheduling. You will also have excellent
communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external
stakeholders coupled with the ability to “think outside of the box”. Knowledge
of the Sydney Rail network would be advantageous.
