Supervisor – Sydney Data Centres

Our client is a
leading mechanical
equipment manufacturer. With offices in Sydney, Mebourne,
Brisbane, Perth and all over the world. With state of the art products this
company can offer excellent job stability and / or career progression right
across the country and the globe. They have an exceptional reputation and have
experienced double digit growth for the past 6 years in Australia. With new
clients coming on all the time, they are in a position now to bring on a
qualified Service Supervisor in their Sydney team

The Role on
offer

Working with the
Sydney service team, you will be to lead the service team who are working in a
range of sites from commercial high rise, corporate data centres and corporate
computer rooms. You will be working on a range of products which will ensure a
varied working day. You will run and coordinate the team (in conjunction with
the service coordinator) as well as being in the field. You will have authority
to approve jobs and quotes as required. You will have authority to develop
specific maintenance plans and team development plans. Career progression is
also on offer.

Remuneration
for this role will be discussed with suitable candidates, but it is flexible
and competitive based on experience

Selection
Criteria

To be successful in
your application for this role you must possess:

• Trade
  qualified in HVAC Service and previous experience as a Service Supervisor
• 2 years
  experience leading and mentoring techs in breakdown repairs and
  preventative maintenance
• Willingness
  to lead from the front and work on site with techs and alone when required
• Experience
  with Chillers and Controls ideal
• Strong
  communication skills and customer focus
• Excellent
  relationship building skills and willingness to lead by example
• You are
  trustworthy and reliable
• You are
