Our leading
medico-legal business is looking for a Case Management Coordinator.

We are looking for a
committed, methodical Registered Nurse or Occupational Therapist to join our
great administrative team, with enjoyment of flexible working hours, challenge
and variety in the role that this position offers.

The part time role
is between 15 – 20 hours p

er week.

You would be
responsible for the management of our case load as well as the preparation,
editing and proofing of reports in our busy medico legal practice.

The ability to multi
task, manage timeframes and guarantee our high standard is the key to
succeeding in this role.

Reporting to the
Chief Operating Officer, this role will be challenging yet rewarding for a
person who likes to work in a quiet environment, to be kept busy and thrives on
being organised.

Duties and
responsibilities

  1. Manage
    the practices daily operations and supervise the activities of the field
    contractors
  2. Preparation
    of reports, editing and proofing contractors reports
  3. Basic
    accounts and Data Base Management
  4. Implementing,
    updating and documenting practice policies and procedures

Skills and
Experience

  1. Registered
    Nurse (Experience in Community Care highly desirable) or Occupational
    Therapist
  2. Sound
    written language and analytical skills
  3. Meticulous
    eye for detail and accuracy
  4. Proven
    experience and demonstrated background in an administration/office or
    management role
  5. Demonstrate
    excellent time management and administration coordination skills
  6. Has the
    ability to work effectively with others, as well as autonomously
  7. Strong
    computer skills
  8. Confident
    and pleasant approach to phone and email enquiries

Essential

    least 5 to more than 10 years broad clinical experience

    OT consulting experience
    §
  •  Ability
    to work within set time frames

    computer skills including word processing

    Own computer and mobile phone

 Desirable

  •  Prior
    medico-legal industry experience
    §
  •     Experience
    in community care nursing highly desirable
